Contact FuelCardInfo.com
Contact FuelCardInfo.com for source corrections, provider program updates or questions about site content.
FuelCardInfo.com is maintained by a small editorial team. The best way to reach us is by email. We respond to substantive corrections and provider updates; we are not able to respond to general trucking advice inquiries or recommend specific fuel cards for individual situations.
Corrections and Fact Checks
If you found a fee, network coverage or program detail that is outdated or incorrect, email [email protected] with:
- The page URL where the issue appears
- The specific field or sentence that needs updating
- A link to a current public source (provider page, official document or government reference) that supports the correction
See our Corrections page for more detail on the review process.
Provider Updates
If you represent a fuel card provider and want to notify us of program changes — updated fees, network changes, new IFTA reporting features — send documentation to the same address. We review documentation against existing profile fields and update accordingly. We cannot process marketing materials or press releases as sources for factual profile updates.
General Feedback
If a guide explanation is unclear, a glossary definition is missing or a calculator behaves unexpectedly, email [email protected] with a description of the issue. We read all feedback and use it to prioritize content improvements.
What We Cannot Help With
- Recommending a specific fuel card for your situation — this depends on factors (routes, credit, fleet size, negotiated rates) we cannot evaluate
- Disputes with fuel card providers over billing, charges or account status — contact your provider directly
- IFTA filing assistance or tax preparation — consult a qualified accountant or IFTA administrator
- Legal or financial advice of any kind
Response Time
We aim to review correction submissions within a reasonable period. We cannot guarantee a specific response time. Corrections backed by current public sources are prioritized over requests without documentation.
